When remittances land in one inbox and your team is five people, something always slips.
Most remittance tools are built for one person. So remittances get stuck in a single inbox, nobody knows who's working on what, and duplicated effort wastes hours. When staff turn over, access and history walk out the door with them. What you need is a shared workspace where everyone can see the queue, pick up work, and have their actions tracked — without any of the Xero permission headaches.

Remittance Go Teams gives your whole finance team one shared workspace.
How it works
Set up your team. Share the queue. Process together.
Invite your team, connect your Xero organisations, and every remittance your team receives flows into one shared workspace. Anyone can pick it up, process it, and post it to Xero — with full visibility across the team at every step.
Invite your team
Add your accounts receivable staff, admins, CFO, bookkeepers, or temp staff. Each person gets their own secure login — no shared credentials, no access headaches.
Remittances flow into the shared queue
Every inbound remittance — uploaded or emailed — appears in the shared queue immediately. The whole team sees it at the same time, and can see who picks it up.
Process across all your Xero files
Any team member can open a remittance, review the extracted payment lines and references, and post directly to any connected Xero organisation — batch or individual, their choice.
Full history, no chasing
Every action is logged against the team member who took it. CFOs and managers have a complete audit trail without needing to ask anyone what was done or when.
What teams get
Everything your finance team needs to process remittances at scale
Teams access every feature in Remittance Go — PDF remittances, text remittances, insurance remittances — plus a set of collaboration tools built specifically for multi-person finance operations.
One shared queue — total visibility across the team
Every inbound remittance — whether uploaded directly or received via your shared Remittance Go email address — lands in a single queue that every team member can see. No more remittances buried in one person's inbox. No more guessing who has picked something up.
Team members can see which remittances are waiting, which are in progress, and who is working on them — in real time. High-volume teams get the coordination they need without the meetings.
Unlimited Xero connections — however many entities you manage
Any team member can connect and work across as many Xero organisations as needed. Whether your team of five manages five Xero files or five hundred, there are no limits and no extra configuration required.
Bookkeeping firms, billing administrators managing multiple healthcare providers, and corporate finance teams with multiple entities are all supported out of the box. Connect the files, and the whole team can process remittances across all of them from one workspace.
Xero-aware security — access is always exactly right
Remittance Go Teams uses secure token-based login — no shared passwords, no credential sprawl. Each team member authenticates individually and access is tied directly to their Xero permissions.
If you remove a staff member from a Xero file, they immediately lose the ability to process remittances for that organisation through Remittance Go. Your Xero access controls are the single source of truth — no duplicate permission management required.
“It connects directly to Xero and the history log means our whole team is always on the same page. No more chasing who reconciled what.”
Frequently asked questions
Who is Remittance Go Teams built for?
Teams is built for any organisation where more than one person touches remittance processing — accounts receivable teams, finance administrators, CFOs, bookkeeping firms managing multiple clients, accounting practices, and organisations that use temp or casual staff during busy periods. If remittances are a shared responsibility, Teams is the right plan.
How many team members can I invite?
The base Teams plan supports up to five team members. The Enterprise plan supports unlimited users — suitable for large finance teams, billing operations, and bookkeeping firms with many staff. You manage your own team directly within the app; no support ticket required to add or remove members.
What features do team members get access to?
Every team member gets access to the full Remittance Go feature set — PDF remittance processing, text remittance processing, insurance remittance processing from all major Australian health funds, batch and individual payment posting, and Xero integration. Teams also get the shared email queue, real-time queue visibility, and the full activity log.
How does the shared email queue work?
Each Remittance Go team has a shared inbound email address. Any remittances forwarded or emailed to that address appear in the shared queue immediately — visible to every team member at the same time. Team members can see what's waiting, who has picked something up, and what's been completed. Nothing gets stuck in one person's inbox.
How many Xero organisations can our team connect?
There is no limit. Any team member can connect as many Xero organisations as they need. If your team manages 500 different Xero files — for multiple clients, entities, or providers — every one of them can be connected and processed from the same Remittance Go workspace.
How does Remittance Go handle Xero permissions?
Remittance Go is fully respectful of your existing Xero permissions. Each team member authenticates using their own Xero credentials. If you remove a staff member from a Xero organisation, they immediately lose the ability to process remittances for that organisation through Remittance Go — automatically, with no extra step required on your end. Your Xero access controls are the single source of truth.
Is it suitable for high-volume teams?
Yes. Teams plans are designed with volume in mind and include a high usage quota so busy finance teams and billing operations are not throttled during peak periods. The shared queue and activity log become even more valuable as volume grows — coordinating a high-throughput team without them quickly becomes unmanageable.
Can we manage our own team without contacting support?
Yes. You can invite new team members, remove existing ones, and manage access entirely from within the app. There is no support ticket or approval process required. Add a temp staff member for a busy period and remove them when you're done — all in a few clicks.
