Getting Started

How Remittance Go fits into your workflow and what to expect on day one

It reads remittance advice documents — PDFs or pasted email text — and automatically matches the payment lines to your open invoices in Xero, then creates a batch payment. What used to take an hour of manual data entry takes a few minutes.

Yes. Xero is where every processed payment lands. Connect your account during setup, and reconciled remittances post directly as Xero batch payments — correctly named, dated, and referenced — ready to match against your bank feed.

No credit card required. Connect your Xero account, upload a remittance, and see the result before committing to anything. Visit our pricing page for plan details.

No. You can upload anything and we can extract the relevant payment information.

Extraction runs in roughly 10–15 seconds per document. Reviewing the matched invoices and confirming the batch typically takes a few minutes — less as you build familiarity with the workflow.

No. We do not store your PDFs on our own servers. We extract parts of them into text format, which is used to perform Xero lookups. After this, they are permanently discarded.
