Setup a remittance email queue for your team to process from
Remittance Go gives your team a dedicated email address. Send any PDF remittance and it's automatically parsed, extracted, and added to a shared queue — so everyone can see what's arrived, what's in progress, and what's been processed.

When PDF remittances arrive in individual inboxes, the rest of the team has no visibility — and work gets duplicated, missed, or left sitting unprocessed.
Remittances pile up in personal inboxes
When PDF remittances arrive in individual email accounts, no one else on the team knows they exist. Work stalls, clients aren't reconciled, and the backlog grows without anyone realising.
No one knows what's been processed
Without a shared system, the only way to know if a remittance has been handled is to ask. That friction adds up and creates constant follow-up within the team.
Coordination gets worse as volume grows
The more remittances your team manages — whether for one large company or across dozens of client files — the harder it is to stay aligned on what's done and what isn't.
How it works
From inbound email to processed batch payment
When an email arrives at your nominated Remittance Go address, the PDF attachment is detected and parsed immediately. Payment lines are extracted and added to your shared team queue — visible to everyone, ready to review and post to Xero.
Every Remittance Go account comes with a dedicated address like yourcompany@remittancego.com. Send PDF remittances directly, or set up a forwarder so remittances@yourcompany.com routes straight to your queue.
Remittance Go detects the PDF attachment, extracts the text, and breaks it into individual payment lines. Your shared queue is updated instantly — no downloads, no manual uploads, no chasing attachments.
Log in to Remittance Go and open the shared queue. Every inbound remittance is listed with its From Company, To Company, Reference, Payment Date, Date Emailed, and current Status — visible to your whole team in real time.
Process remittances and mark them complete as you go. Everyone on the team sees the same queue and the same statuses — so nothing gets double-handled, nothing gets missed, and no one needs to ask what's been done.
The technology
A shared queue that updates the moment an email arrives
Every PDF sent to your nominated address is parsed instantly and added to a shared team database — so there's no lag between a remittance arriving and it appearing in the queue for your team to action.
About the email queue
Built for teams managing remittances at volume
One nominated address. One shared queue. Total visibility across your team.
Send a remittance from anyone to yourcompany@remittancego.com
Your Remittance Go account comes with a dedicated address — something like yourcompany@remittancego.com.
Anyone can send PDFs to this address. If you'd rather it appear to come from your own domain, a simple forwarder from remittances@yourcompany.com to your Remittance Go address takes minutes to set up.

See the full picture across your team in real time
The shared queue shows every inbound remittance with its From Company, To Company, Reference, Payment Date, Date Emailed, Status, and available Actions — visible to your whole team simultaneously.
Mark remittances complete as you process them. Everyone sees the same statuses in real time, so out of 100 remittances, the whole team always knows exactly where things stand.
Designed for bookkeepers and finance teams managing multiple files
The email queue works for any team handling remittances at volume — whether you're managing accounts receivable for a single large company, or running a bookkeeping or accounting practice across many client files.
One queue. One team. No coordination overhead.

“The email queue changed how we work as a team. Everyone logs in and knows exactly what's arrived and what still needs processing — without a single message to each other.”
Frequently asked questions
Does it matter if the same PDF is sent twice?
No — the second submission would simply fail. The first PDF will have already created a batch payment and marked those invoices as paid in Xero. When the duplicate arrives, Xero returns an error indicating the invoices are already paid, and no second payment is applied.
Can I share the email address publicly?
Yes. Anyone can send an email to your nominated address. You can give it to clients, your team, or anyone else who sends remittances your way — there are no restrictions on who can use it.
Do I need to manage individual user accounts?
You only need to manage your Remittance Go team. All members see the same shared queue automatically. Remittance Go references Xero in real time, so if a team member doesn't have access to the relevant Xero file, they won't be able to post to it — but they can still see the remittance in the queue.
Can I choose my own email address?
You'll be assigned a default address in the format yourcompany@remittancego.com. If you'd prefer the address to appear to come from your own domain, we recommend setting up a forwarder — for example, remittances@yourcompany.com can forward directly to your Remittance Go address. Some teams do this so the nominated address appears to come from their domain rather than a third party.
Will I get tech support and training?
Yes. The system is actively maintained and tested by our team. You can also book training to get your team set up and processing remittances efficiently from day one.
Does Remittance Go store a copy of our PDFs?
Yes — a copy of each PDF is stored within your assigned email address. If you'd prefer the files not to be stored on our servers, custom development is available to route processing through your own infrastructure. We do not use your remittances for training, datasets, or any third-party purposes.
