Trade Remittance Questions
Does it work when a builder references a PO or job number instead of my invoice number?
Yes. That's normal for trade remittances. Remittance Go matches on purchase order numbers, job numbers, work-order IDs and site addresses as well as Xero invoice numbers.
Can it handle a builder paying 40 invoices in one transfer?
Yes. The whole payment run is read in one pass, each line is matched to its Xero invoice, and the result posts as a single batch payment that reconciles against the one bank deposit.
What happens with retention, back-charges or short payments?
