How to Use the Batch Payment History in Remittance Go
Learn how to search and filter past batch payments created in Remittance Go, and jump directly to any payment in Xero for future reference.
Overview
Every batch payment you create in Remittance Go is stored in the batch payment history area, giving you a searchable record of all past payments for future reference. This tutorial shows you how to find a specific batch payment and jump directly to it in Xero.
Opening batch payment history
Click Batch Payment History in Remittance Go to pull up the full list of batch payments you have created. Each entry corresponds to a batch payment that has been pushed through to Xero.
Filtering your payments
By default, the bank account shown is the one selected in your Xero settings. You can change this to any other bank account if you've processed payments across multiple accounts.
To narrow down the list:
- Reference — every batch payment created through Remittance Go includes "Remittance Go" in the reference, followed by the remittance number from the advice. Filtering by this reference makes it easy to isolate payments created through Remittance Go versus other payments in Xero.
- Date range — select a start and end date to limit results to a specific period.
Once you've adjusted any filters, click Search to refresh the results against your Xero data.
Opening a payment in Xero
Each batch payment in the list includes a hyperlink on the left that takes you directly to that payment in Xero. Click it to open the exact batch payment record — useful if you need to review, reconcile, or investigate a specific payment without searching through Xero manually.
All payments processed through Remittance Go will appear here, making the batch payment history the fastest way to locate any past payment you've created.
